Each HYDROBLOK Shower Pan includes a straight and a corner putty knife. Also available separately from all HYDROBLOK dealers.

✅ Order Cut-Off: Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM on a business day to qualify for next-day pickup.
✅ Pickup Time: Orders will be ready after 1:00 PM the following business day.
✅ Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a notification to schedule your dedicated pickup time.
✅ Identification: At pickup, you must present valid photo ID and proof of purchase. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please inform us when scheduling your pickup appointment.
✅ Uncollected Orders: Orders not collected within 7 days will be returned to our distribution center. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
